At Toktoking Store, we want you and your family to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@toktokingstore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

5. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
