1. Shipping Destination

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Since we work with curated high-quality products from global partners, our delivery times reflect a combination of order preparation and international transit:

  • Processing/Handling Time: 2 to 5 business days. This is the time we need to verify, pack, and dispatch your order.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 10 to 15 business days (after the order is dispatched).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address. Free Shipping promotions may be offered for specific order values, as indicated on our storefront.

4. Taxes and Duties — United States

  • Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your state.

  • No additional import duties apply for most orders under $800 (de minimis threshold).

  • Orders exceeding $800 may be subject to U.S. Customs duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once the Glimbo Family dispatches your magical package, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number and email address. Please allow a few days for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking information.

6. Delays & Issues

Toktoking Store is not responsible for delays beyond our control caused by:

  • U.S. Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions due to weather or peak holiday seasons

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
